Basketball

• 3-on-3
• Games are 10 minutes long. Each team plays 4 games a night.
• 8 regular season weeks, total of 32 games per team.
• Each game counts in the standings (win=3 points, tie=1 point, loss=0 points)
• 50% of teams qualify for the playoffs

The official game schedule does not come out until registration is over, but here is a sneak peak at what you can expect:

• Teams play once a week on Tuesdays
• Games start between 6:30pm and 9:30pm and last an hour
  The time your team plays will vary each week.  We try our best to create a balanced schedule for all teams.
• Your team's scrimmage game will be the week of March 26th-29th
  Regular Season games will begin the week of April 2nd-5th

We work very hard to get permits at the best available facilities in Hartford. This season we plan to play games at:

• Bristow Middle School, West Hartford (

• SORTA PLAYERS - Pretty good athletes who play some pick-up basketball now and then
• CASUAL - Average athletes looking for a mix of competitive and social atmosphere
• EXTREMELY CASUAL - Beginners at the sport looking to just get out and have some fun

ZogSports will try to accommodate all team and individual player requests for Level of Play, but cannot guarantee all requests.  We will not place an individual player on a team with other people that registered more than one level (above or below) his/her registration level.  In order to create the best possible experience for the whole league ZogSports will place returning teams in the division we feel most appropriate.
